How a PACKMEC system comes to life.
Five phases, one dedicated team, and total clarity at every stage — from initial site audit to final production validation. Here is how we build your line.
We map your line before we build.
A PACKMEC engineer audits your current output, floor space, and product flow. We identify bottlenecks, measure throughput requirements, and draft a layout that maximizes your existing facility footprint.
You get a custom spec, in writing.
Your proposal details every component: conveyor speeds, sensor placement, robotic arm reach, and safety interlocks. No vague promises, no hidden costs, and no scope creep once we finalize the build plan.
We build for the scale you need.
Our systems are modular and built to handle your specific product dimensions and packaging materials. We source high-grade stainless steel and industrial-grade sensors to ensure long-term reliability.
One team, on-site, until it runs.
A dedicated PACKMEC team handles assembly, electrical wiring, and PLC programming. We test every sensor, calibrate the fillers, and ensure your staff is trained on the new interface before we leave.
We only sign off when you hit quota.
Final validation is done together. We run your product through the line, verify cycle times, and hand over your technical documentation and maintenance schedule. If it is not perfect, we stay.
