Compare to the traditional packing manually, this machine makes the packing production automatically. It higher the production efficiency, cut the producing cost. The whole machine is easy operated by one man, which lower the labor cost greatly.
The rotate full automatic vacuum packing machine contains two types of separated rotate systems, filling system and vacuum system. The filling system runs under batch-type rotating, the vacuum system runs under continuous rotating.

Pre-made Bag Packing Machine Structure & Workflow
Pre-made Pouch Packing Machine Process sequence description:
1) Pouch loading and Pouch transferring
Approximately 200 to 300 pieces of empty pouches are supplied to the machine automatically when the operator puts the pouch on the pouch stacker (Pouch Belt Feeder).
Pneumatically operated clamps lift the empty pouch from the feeder and move it to the clamping device on the rotary table.
2) Zip opening and pouch coding
Zip opener opens the zip.
The printer prints the information (Date, Number, etc.) to the specific position of pouches.
3) Pouch opening & detecting open status
With vacuum pad, air nozzle, open blade & sensor, this station opens pouches from both top & bottom. When incorrect open or no pouch is loaded, there will no fill in next filling stations.
4) Products filling
When correct open state is detected, products will fill from dosing system (like cup feeder, combination scales, auger filler….).
5) Spare station
This station can be used for 2nd filling and other purpose usage.
6) Pouch pre-sealing
Constant heat seal bar (0℃ ~ 200℃) seals the pouch mouth. No pouch, no filling, here will no sealing.
7) Pouch sealing
Sealing the pouch with a precious temperature ensure tightly sealed. No pouch, no filling, here will no sealing.
8) Cold sealing, embossing coding and discharge station
Cold sealing bar will press the sealing pattern on the sealing range. Optionally to emboss product information by the stamping mold loaded in sealing bar.
Gripper will release, pouch will discharge to the out feed conveyor.

Yes. This doypack packaging machine is equipped with automatic adjustment functions. After each manual adjustment, the parameters can be saved as recipes in the PLC. When you need to use bags of the same size next time, you can directly recall the previously‑saved recipes from the system.
This machine is capable of packaging a wide range of materials, including granules, liquids and powders. It is suitable for food and chemical products such as nuts, coffee powder, fruit juice and tomato sauce. The vacuum function, when equipped, is generally only applicable for granular products.
