Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine VFJ-520
This vertical packaging machine is an automatic continuous bag forming, filling and sealing equipment. Constructed with food-grade 304 stainless steel, it is equipped with servo film pulling system and precise weighing/dosing mechanism. The machine automatically completes bag forming, material feeding, sealing, batch coding and cutting from roll film. It is widely applied for packing large bags of granular, powder and flake products. With human-machine interface, the machine runs stably and requires easy maintenance. Screw dosing or weighing dosing systems are optional according to different materials, to meet large-volume bagging production requirements for food, chemical, feed and other industries.

- PLC control with stable reliable biaxial high accuracy output and color touch screen, bag-making, measuring, filling, printing,cutting , finished in one operation.
- Separate circuit boxes for pneumatic control and power control. Noise is low, and the circuit is more stable.
- Film-pulling with servo motor double belt: less pulling resistance, bag is formed in good shape with better appearance, belt is resistant to be worn-out.
- External film releasing mechanism: simpler and easier installation of packing film.
- Adjustment of bag deviation just needed to be controlled by the touch screen. Operation is very simple .
- Close down type mechanism , defending powder into inside of machine.

This Buena Pack vertical packaging machine is compatible with laminated film and single PE film. It can form pillow bags, gusset bags, box-style bags and other bag types. Optional functions include perforation, connected bags, easy-tear notches, nitrogen flushing and more.
